Your Solution Q Implementation Consultant will be contacting you once a quarter to ensure you continue to get value from Eclipse PPM. 

Any product questions or issues are answered by our support team within 24 hours of being contacted.  Assistance is offered via e-mail messages or phone calls until the issue is resolved.

Along with providing product support, Solution Q’s After Care Program provides you with access to our client site which contains:

    • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
    • Knowledge Base
    • Support Ticket submission
